Demonstration of the gameplay of the shooter Unrecord April 19 caused many disputes on the network. Many did not believe that the game really exists, and the trailer was accepted for real shooting.

Developer Alexander Spindler (Alexandre Spindler) recorded a video in which he launched Unrecord Inside the development environment Unreal Engine 5 to convince the doubts of the authenticity of the project. In the video, the author of the game freely moves the camera in level and places the game character in arbitrary places, demonstrating shooting mechanics.

Also developers Unrecord released a selection of answers to the questions that many had after the publication of the gameplay trailer.

The game is developed on the Unreal Engine 5 engine. During the recording of the gameplay for the trailer, it was carried out using the keyboard and mouse. The game is not a project for VR devices.

Plot Unrecord not based on real events. Developers will not allow a prejudice to criminal activity or police violence. The authors respect those whom the game can offend, but at the same time reserve the right to interpret, as in any other form of art.

After the first video Unrecord it was encouraged in 2022, the development has significantly accelerated. But the studio Drama I still have not found large investors, so so far the developers cannot even name the approximate release window.

Developers will work on the optimization of the game. Realistic effects are achieved not only by the quality of textures and the number of landfills. However, the authors admit that the old PC may not have enough resources. The game is developed as a new generation project based on Unreal Engine 5.

The game is already working correctly with controllers, but the developers have not yet thought about porting to the console. Perhaps additional platforms will appear on the list in the future.
